                City Fest Aston University

About City Fest:

Hosted at the Aston Villa Football Ground, Aston University will put on a one-day exposition of technologies that will contribute to future smart city life, from autonomous robots and augmented reality to self-driving cars and the latest ideas in sustainable living.

A mixture of hands-on demonstrations and workshops will be presented by research engineers in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, machine vision, transport, logistics, energy, sustainability and telecommunications.

The primary audience is secondary-school age children, who of course will have to live in the city of tomorrow. Activities are likely to include (but are not limited to)

Free public transport to the event may be available for qualifying schools.
